(^, ^) she was super kind and incredibly welcoming when my group was ordering. i have arfid and the food was fantastic, great bday dinner we had a little mishap at one point, one of my friends had spilt my own coffee all over my lap and chanel was so considerate, offering to get me a new one or to just take it off the tab entirely (that she did!) lovely atmosphere, very warm and comforting lighting. thank you!

I had an incredible experience thanks to my bartender, Candy. She’s always attentive, knows exactly what I want, and makes me feel welcome the moment I sit down. On top of that, she mixes the best Long Island Iced Tea in the entire city.
Bonefish Grill holds a lot of nostalgic memories for both of us. It was the last restaurant we took my mother out to for her birthday, where she had one of her happiest birthday experiences. The last one we went to celebrate her birthday was in Tallahassee, Florida. She had a blast ordering a pina colada and talking with the manager, who wished her happy birthday & gave her a complimentary birthday appetizer & cake. She felt like a queen and the center of attention. The Bonefish Grill in Alexandria was just as memorable. The ambiance was peaceful and quiet. We came before 3 pm and got a booth in the bar area. Angel was our server and exceptionally professional & amicable. She gave us excellent recommendations for entrees to try in the future and provided us bread with a dipping sauce. We ordered a pina colada in memory of my mother. We ordered off the lunch special menu and selected fish & chips, a cheeseburger, and crab soup. It was $14.99 for an entree & soup. As an appetizer, we ordered bang bang shrimp. The bang bang shrimp has always been our favorite all time appetizer there. It was delicious as always. I loved my fish & chips and soup. The portions were small yet enough. The coleslaw with my fish and chips were in a condiment size cup. We had a blast talking about how my mother would love the Bonefish Grill here and how we ate there today & drank a pina colada in her memory. Cheers !
Channell was the very best! She was attentive and made great suggestions. We enjoyed her pleasant demeanor as well. The helper, LT plated the delicious food with nice presentation. Her manager Denny added to our wonderful dining experience. We will definitely come again!

Attended the course paring event. An amazing time. Our server, Angel, was amazing, friendly, personable, shared insights on drinks we ordered outside of the event. Will def be back to see her and enjoy the food.
The food was delicious, it never disappoints. The Mac and cheese and brussel sprouts were on point. I even got a bday brownie with some ice cream. Our server Mary, manager Juana, and hostess Juana made it a very warm, tasty and memorable experience! A great break from the winter cold.
Mary, our server, was lovely and had a smile the whole time. It was my birthday, and they treated me like a king. I got my entree first of the group, and they offered a complimentary birthday dessert which was delicious. Had the Diablo Del Mar special with Crispy Cauliflower.
